Responsibilities
Acts as the primary technology and delivery partner for the global Indirect Procurement function.
Partners with Procurement leaders, SMEs, and Technology & Global Services (TGS) to translate business strategy into integrated technology and process solutions.
Owns end-to-end demand analysis, solution design, and delivery for large, complex procurement programs (>$1M).
Leads Source-to-Pay (S2P) transformation initiatives, identifying improvement opportunities and building roadmaps.
Manages multi-vendor, multi-company programs, ensuring role clarity, contractual alignment, and first-time-right delivery.
Oversees program execution including risk management, escalation, change management, cutover, and go-live support.
Ensures solutions are enterprise-aligned, non-siloed, and integrated with broader business and technology roadmaps.
Identifies opportunities for digital procurement, cost optimization, revenue enablement, compliance, and risk mitigation.
Measures and communicates business value realization through defined metrics.
Serves as a trusted advisor and connector, driving collaboration across global, matrixed teams.
Supports operational stability by coordinating resolution of critical tickets.
10+ years in business or IT with strong focus on Procurement and technology enablement.
Deep expertise in Source-to-Pay processes: Sourcing, Purchasing, Payments, Reporting & Analytics.
Strong background in program and project management (planning, governance, risk, communication).
5+ years SAP Procurement implementation experience, including integration with Finance, Inventory, SD, MDG, and third-party tools.
Experience with enterprise procurement platforms (SAP ECC/S4, Power BI, Coupa, iValua, Aravo, Sievo, JDE, MuleSoft); iValua preferred.
Proven ability to lead digital procurement transformations at enterprise scale.
Excellent stakeholder influence, communication, and change leadership skills.
Comfortable operating in global, highly matrixed environments with strong ownership and accountability.
