Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced GBAS Application Administrator to support and maintain critical GBAS application environments. This role focuses on application administration, front-end user support, file validation, deployment coordination, and operational maintenance across multiple environments including Production, Test, and Training.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with OpenVMS environments, batch processing, file validation, system monitoring, and production support, ensuring the stability, compliance, and optimal performance of GBAS-related systems.

Key Responsibilities
GBAS Administration & User Support
Provide front-end user support for GBAS applications across Production, Test, and Training environments.
Maintain and audit GBAS access permissions across environments.
Perform regular permission maintenance and audit reviews to ensure compliance with system access policies.
Support development activities by providing consultation, coordination, and technical input for GBAS-related initiatives.
File Validation & Processing
Perform letter file testing, validation, troubleshooting, and remediation.
Validate PendLetter files and generate ad hoc test files when required.
Validate Elig/Cobra letter files and L837 completion files.
Monitor and validate system backup processes and tape integrity, including periodic backup refresh tests.
Monitoring & Incident Management
Monitor and manage system alerts and ticket queues using monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
Perform incident resolution, ticket management, and operational troubleshooting.
Monitor system health, disk space utilization, and daily operational performance.
Deployments & System Maintenance
Coordinate and execute application deployments across environments.
Perform environment refreshes and system updates when required.
Conduct periodic OpenVMS environment audits.
Develop, maintain, and monitor automated OpenVMS batch jobs to optimize system performance.
Monthly Operational Activities
Execute file loading processes in Production and Test environments, including:
Usual and Customary (UNC) table files (Medical, Anesthesia, Dental, HCPC)
Relative Value Units (RVU/RVP) files
Claims Edit System (CES) files
ICD and HCPC procedure codes
Perform system optimization and data purging processes.
Ensure adequate disk space availability for operational and maintenance activities.
Vendor & Stakeholder Collaboration
Maintain effective communication with external vendors and internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure stable and efficient GBAS system operations.
Support ongoing system improvements, documentation, and operational best practices.

10+ years of experience supporting GBAS application administration and front-end user support.
6+ years of hands-on experience with:

Backup validation and OpenVMS operational tasks

Job title: OutSystems Developers

Key Required Skills:
- Advanced English level.
· At least 6 years of experience developing web and mobile applications using outsystems.
· Strong proficiency in the outsystems platform, including the use of Service Studio, Integration Studio.
· Strong proficiency in architecture patterns, solution design and high performing application development.
· Extensive experience in designing and developing scalable, secure and high-performance Outsystems applications.
· Extensive experience in developing screens, web blocks, timers, server/service actions, client actions, data actions etc. in outsystems
· Experience in web technologies like ASP .NET, C#, or Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and RESTful APIs.
· Experience with working on relational database language like SQL/Oracle and writing T-SQL queries.
· Experience in using Outsystems architecture dashboard, discovery tool to validate application design and technical debt.
· Knowledge of relational data modelling principles and experience building database objects using E-R modelling tools.
· Experience in building apps with responsive web design compatible with various devices, exposing and consuming SOAP and RESTful APIs.
· Experience working in agile/scrum methodology of project delivery.
· Experience using tools like Azure Boards, Jira, confluence.
· Familiarity with outsystems lifetime, service center.
· Ability to work with minimal oversight and proactively communicates status and risks to project leadership and posses strong problem solving skills.
· Outsystems certifications such as Tech Lead, Professional Reactive Web Developer and Mobile is highly desirable.
· At least 1 year of expereince working on ODC.

Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager is a client-facing role responsible for managing assigned accounts, converting qualified leads into business opportunities, and owning the commercial relationship from first contact through long-term partnership. You will partner closely with Lead Generation and Marketing, as well as Recruiting and Operations, to ensure timely follow-up, strong delivery alignment, and account growth.
This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize opportunities in a fast-paced tech staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales
· Work with qualified leads provided by the Lead Generation and Marketing teams to convert them into active clients.
· Collaborate closely with the Lead Generation team to ensure proper follow up, qualification, and conversion of opportunities.
· Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract execution.
· Present Fast Dolphin’s tech staffing (IT and Engineering) services to prospective clients, clearly articulating our value proposition.
· Consistently meet and exceed revenue and portfolio growth targets.
· Qualify and prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential, urgency, and strategic value.
Account Management and Growth
· Serve as the main commercial point of contact for assigned clients.
· Build strong, long term client relationships focused on trust and partnership.
· Actively grow existing accounts through upsell and cross sell initiatives.
· Ensure client satisfaction while identifying new growth opportunities within each account.
Commercial and Market Ownership
· Lead commercial negotiations including rates, terms, and conditions.
· Maintain a solid understanding of IT and Engineering roles, staffing models, and market trends.
· Monitor competitive landscape and proactively identify opportunities for differentiation.
Internal Collaboration
· Partner closely with recruiting teams to align on hiring strategy and candidate submissions.
· Coordinate interview processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
· Support onboarding processes by ensuring a smooth commercial and operational handoff.
· Maintain accurate and up to date information in CRM and internal systems.
· Communicate proactively with internal teams throughout all stages of the sales process.

· Experience in business development, sales, or account management within tech staffing (IT and Engineering), recruiting services, or consulting is preferred.
· Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and growing accounts.
· Experience working with clients and teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
· Advanced (C1) English proficiency, written and spoken.
· Spanish speaking at an intermediate level (B1/B2) is desired.
· Portuguese speaking is a plus.
