· Standardize operations, problem solving during equipment failures, troubleshooting.
· Installation of new equipment for new lines, commissioning, and kick-off for production.

Key Required Skills:

· At least 6 years of experience developing web and mobile applications using outsystems.
· Strong proficiency in the outsystems platform, including the use of Service Studio, Integration Studio.

· Extensive experience in designing and developing scalable, secure and high-performance Outsystems applications.
· Extensive experience in developing screens, web blocks, timers, server/service actions, client actions, data actions etc. in outsystems
· Experience in web technologies like ASP .NET, C#, or Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and RESTful APIs.
· Experience with working on relational database language like SQL/Oracle and writing T-SQL queries.
· Experience in using Outsystems architecture dashboard, discovery tool to validate application design and technical debt.

· Outsystems certifications such as Tech Lead, Professional Reactive Web Developer and Mobile is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
The Business Development Manager is a client-facing role responsible for managing assigned accounts, converting qualified leads into business opportunities, and owning the commercial relationship from first contact through long-term partnership. You will partner closely with Lead Generation and Marketing, as well as Recruiting and Operations, to ensure timely follow-up, strong delivery alignment, and account growth.
This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prioritize opportunities in a fast-paced tech staffing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development and Sales
· Work with qualified leads provided by the Lead Generation and Marketing teams to convert them into active clients.
· Collaborate closely with the Lead Generation team to ensure proper follow up, qualification, and conversion of opportunities.
· Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification through contract execution.
· Present Fast Dolphin’s tech staffing (IT and Engineering) services to prospective clients, clearly articulating our value proposition.
· Consistently meet and exceed revenue and portfolio growth targets.
· Qualify and prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential, urgency, and strategic value.
Account Management and Growth
· Serve as the main commercial point of contact for assigned clients.
· Build strong, long term client relationships focused on trust and partnership.
· Actively grow existing accounts through upsell and cross sell initiatives.
· Ensure client satisfaction while identifying new growth opportunities within each account.
Commercial and Market Ownership
· Lead commercial negotiations including rates, terms, and conditions.
· Maintain a solid understanding of IT and Engineering roles, staffing models, and market trends.
· Monitor competitive landscape and proactively identify opportunities for differentiation.
Internal Collaboration
· Partner closely with recruiting teams to align on hiring strategy and candidate submissions.
· Coordinate interview processes in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
· Support onboarding processes by ensuring a smooth commercial and operational handoff.
· Maintain accurate and up to date information in CRM and internal systems.
· Communicate proactively with internal teams throughout all stages of the sales process.

· Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and growing accounts.
· Experience working with clients and teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
· Advanced (C1) English proficiency, written and spoken.
· Spanish speaking at an intermediate level (B1/B2) is desired.
· Portuguese speaking is a plus.
