· Serve as the main commercial point of contact for assigned clients.

· Communicate proactively with internal teams throughout all stages of the sales process.

Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree required.
· Minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience. Relevant experience beyond this range will also be considered.
· Experience in business development, sales, or account management within tech staffing (IT and Engineering), recruiting services, or consulting is preferred.
· Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and growing accounts.
· Experience working with clients and teams across multiple geographies and cultures.
· Advanced (C1) English proficiency, written and spoken.
· Spanish speaking at an intermediate level (B1/B2) is desired.
· Portuguese speaking is a plus.

· 8+ years of experience in consulting or the automotive industry.

· Strong expertise in PP/DS, including heuristics, optimization, and scheduling.
· Experience in at least one additional SAP module (e.g., MM, QM, MES, EWM).
· 4+ full SAP lifecycle implementations with significant PP/DS involvement.
· Knowledge of SAP project methodologies, go-live, and hypercare.
