Estamos buscando profissionais com experiência em SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) e Employee Central Payroll (ECP), com foco em suporte e sustentação para operações de folha de pagamento dos Estados Unidos e Canadá.
Suportar o ambiente SAP SuccessFactors, com foco em Employee Central (EC) e Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
Atender usuários e acompanhar a resolução de chamados.
Analisar requisitos e incidentes reportados pelas áreas de negócio.
Configurar e corrigir inconsistências na solução.
Executar testes unitários e integrados.
Trabalhar em parceria com equipes funcionais, técnicas e de negócio para garantir a estabilidade dos processos de folha de pagamento.
Requirement

Conhecimento de processos de Payroll para Estados Unidos e Canadá

We are currently looking for an SAP CO Consultant to work on a 6-month Remote project in Mexico.
Job Title: SAP CO Consultant.
Location: Remote in Mexico.
Start Date: ASAP.
Length: 6- months
Tasks & Responsibilities
• Partner directly with plant controllers to validate actual postings, identify misallocations, categorize expenses into cost center groups, and execute complete cost center planning (KP06, KP26, KSU7, KSS4, KSPI, etc.).
• Review actual posting entries, isolate mis-postings, define correction methodologies, and perform reconciliations and adjustments.
• Guide plant controllers through planning templates, activity type rate calculations, and production order under/over absorption analysis.
• Ensure process governance by managing cost center ownership assignments, enforcing planning calendar adherence, and applying absorption logic to both absorbing and non-absorbing cost centers.
• Support integration readiness and evaluate cost center planning impacts across Material Ledger, Product Costing (CO-PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Develop comprehensive training materials and step-by-step user manuals tailored to plant requirements, conduct plant awareness sessions, and document allocation logic and cost center grouping rules.
Skills / Requirements
• 8 to 10 years of relevant SAP CO / Controlling consulting experience.
• In-depth hands-on expertise in Cost Center Accounting (CO-CCA), activity type rate planning, assessment and distribution cycles, and allocation methodologies.
• Strong shop-floor and manufacturing accounting background with solid knowledge of product costing integration, under/over absorption, and CO-PA integrations.
• Proven transaction analysis and data reconciliation skills within SAP ERP / S/4HANA systems.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively collaborate with and train plant controllers and operational finance teams.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish language skills are strongly preferred.
