Build and maintain reactive applications using modern Vue.js patterns
Collaborate closely with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs
Participate in code reviews and establish frontend development best practices
Mentor and provide technical guidance to other developers on Vue.js and frontend architecture
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Contribute to CI/CD processes and deployment activities
Required Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience with Vue.js 3 in a Senior Front-End role
Recent experience developing complex enterprise applications using Vue.js
Experience designing and developing reusable frontend components
Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience working with Composition API
Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong understanding of reactive programming concepts
Experience with Git and modern version control workflows
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and mentor other developers
Full Stack development experience with familiarity in backend technologies

Experience with Pinia
Experience with Pinia Colada
Experience with frontend architecture and application design
Experience leading frontend technical decisions
Experience training or mentoring development teams
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS
Experience with backend development using Python or similar technologies
Experience with microservices architecture
Experience supporting projects within government, defense, avionics, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a developer whose primary strength and professional focus is Front-End development with Vue.js.
The ideal candidate has recent experience building complex Vue.js applications, making frontend architectural decisions, and mentoring other developers. Candidates whose primary expertise is backend development or databases—even if they have some Vue.js experience—may not be the best fit for this role.
Additional Information
Remote position available only for candidates located in Puerto Rico
Quarterly onsite travel to Hartford, CT is required
18-Month Contract + Possible Extensions
U.S. Citizenship is required
