Key Responsibilities
• Provide functional support for Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes
• Handle incidents related to:
- Sales orders
- Deliveries and shipping
- Billing and invoicing

• Troubleshoot issues in pricing, availability check (ATP), and billing errors
• Support pricing configuration (conditions, access sequences, pricing procedures)
• Analyze and resolve integration issues with MM (stock), FI (billing/accounting), and logistics execution

• Assist in tax determination and localization requirements (if applicable)

Key Responsibilities

· Handle incidents related to purchase requisitions (PR)
· Purchase orders (PO)
· Goods receipt (MIGO)

· Troubleshoot issues in inventory management, valuation, and account determination
