Summary:
The SAP Integration Developer is responsible for supporting the technical design, development, testing, deployment, and post-release support of SAP integration solutions. This position uses SAP PI/PO and modern API frameworks to support system-to-system communication, data exchange, and application integration.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or three years of related professional experience.
Up to three years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of two years of SAP PI/PO or relevant systems-integration experience.
Experience supporting the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP integration solutions.
Understanding of system-to-system communication, data exchange, and API integration.
Knowledge of sound software-development and testing principles.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with functional consultants, technical teams, clients, and other project stakeholders.
Required Technical Skills:

We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Time & Payroll Consultant to support SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll and Time Management operations.
The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience across SAP HCM Time Management and Payroll, with a strong focus on Mexico Payroll. This role requires solid expertise in payroll configuration, Positive and Negative Time Management, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), Payroll Schemas, and the ability to support complex payroll and time-related processes in an SAP HCM environment.
The consultant will work closely with functional, technical, and integration teams to troubleshoot issues, support ongoing operations, and ensure the stability and accuracy of SAP HCM Time and Payroll processes.
Provide functional support for SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll and Time Management.
Support and troubleshoot Mexico Payroll processes and configuration.
Configure and maintain Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and payroll-related rules.
Support Positive and Negative Time Management processes.
Analyze and resolve payroll and time-related production issues.
Support payroll calculations, validations, testing, and issue resolution.
Collaborate with business users, SAP functional teams, and technical teams.
Work closely with ABAP HR and integration teams when technical support or system enhancements are required.
Participate in system testing, issue analysis, and validation of payroll and time management changes.
Document configurations, solutions, and support activities as needed.
14+ years of SAP Payroll experience, including strong hands-on experience with Mexico Payroll.
14+ years of SAP HCM Time Management experience.
Extensive experience with SAP HCM On-Premises Payroll.

Advanced knowledge of Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs).
