Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 10 years of related work experience, and minimum seven years of SAP development and implementation experience
• Stated experience must include at least 10 years of experience in the following: SAP ECC 6.0 integration across FI, CO, PS, MM, and SD; BW; IT/SAP project methodologies and change control processes; Project Systems Configuration and Development; Implementation of custom solutions leveraging Business Add Ins (BADI), Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI), Custom modifications (CMOD), and Business Transaction Event (BTE)
• Experience as an Enterprise-level solution architect
• Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

Job Description:

·        The Data Governance Platforms Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and operational support of the enterprise Profisee Master Data Management (MDM) platform and Atlan Data Catalog.

·        This role ensures both platforms are stable, secure, well-configured, and effectively integrated into the broader data ecosystem.

·        The administrator supports platform users, manages environments and access, monitors jobs and integrations, and assists with onboarding new data domains and use cases.

·        The role is hands-on, operational, and critical to the success and adoption of MDM and data governance capabilities across the enterprise.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Platform Administration – Profisee MDM

·        Administer & support the Profisee MDM platform across development, test, and production environments
Monitor and manage:

·        MDM batch jobs, workflows, and publishing processes
Data loads, survivorship processing, and match/merge execution

·        Configure and maintain:

·        Entity models, hierarchies, and attributes (as designed by the MDM Product Owner)
Security roles, permissions, and access controls

·        Troubleshoot MDM processing failures, data issues, and integration errors
Coordinate upgrades, patches, & environment refresh in partnership with vendors & infrastructure teams

·        Platform Administration – Atlan Data Catalog

·        Administer and support the Atlan Data Catalog platform
Configure and maintain:

·        Metadata ingestion and connectors (e.g., data warehouses, BI tools, pipelines)
User roles, permissions, and access policies
Glossaries, tags, classifications, and workflows (as defined by governance teams)

·        Monitor metadata syncs, lineage extraction, and indexing jobs
Support onboarding of new data sources, domains, and user groups

 

Integrations & Operations:

·        Support integrations between Profisee, Atlan, and the broader data stack (e.g., data warehouses, ETL/ELT tools, BI platforms)

·        Assist with API-based integrations and metadata exchange between platforms

·        Monitor platform health, performance, and availability

·        Document operational procedures, runbooks, and support processes

 

Security, Access & Compliance:

·        Administer user provisioning, role-based access control (RBAC), and SSO integrations

·        Support audit & compliance by providing platform usage, configuration, & access evidence

·        Ensure platforms adhere to enterprise security and data governance standards

 

User Support & Enablement:

·        Serve as a primary point of contact for platform-related questions and issues

·        Support data stewards, analysts, engineers, and business users with troubleshooting and basic enablement

·        Partner with product owners and enablement teams to support training, adoption, and rollout of new capabilities

 

Continuous Improvement:

·        Identify opportunities to improve platform reliability, automation, and operational efficiency

·        Partner with product owners to implement enhancements and best practices

·        Stay current on Profisee and Atlan product updates, features, and recommended configurations

 

Required Qualifications:
