Principales responsabilidades
· Desarrollar y mantener la estrategia de arquitectura empresarial: definir una visión clara de la arquitectura aplicativa, tecnológica y de procesos de la empresa, alineada con los objetivos estratégicos a largo plazo
· Gestionar el Ciclo de Vida de la Arquitectura: supervisar el desarrollo, implementación y evolución continua de la arquitectura empresarial, asegurando su alineación con los cambios en el negocio y en el panorama tecnológico
· Liderar el gobierno de la arquitectura: establecer y hacer cumplir estándares, políticas y procedimientos para garantizar la integridad y seguridad de la arquitectura empresarial.
· Identificar y evaluar tecnologías emergentes: investigar y evaluar nuevas tecnologías y tendencias en el mercado para identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización en la arquitectura empresarial.
· Supervisar la integración de sistemas y aplicaciones: coordinar la integración efectiva de sistemas y aplicaciones dentro de la arquitectura empresarial, minimizando la redundancia y maximizando la eficiencia.
· Promover la innovación y la mejora continua: fomentar una cultura de innovación y mejora continua dentro del equipo de Transformación Digital y en toda la organización.
· Gestionar riesgos y cumplimiento: identificar y mitigar riesgos relacionados con la arquitectura empresarial, asegurando el cumplimiento de las regulaciones y normativas relevantes
· Desarrollar roadmaps y planes de implementación: crear roadmaps claros y detallados para la implementación de la arquitectura empresarial, asegurando la alineación con los objetivos de la empresa y la capacidad de ejecución
· Identificar y desarrollara proveedores de tecnologías: buscar desarrollo de proveedores de tecnologías que permita identificar nuevas capacidades digitales para la organización
Conocimientos técnicos
· Amplia experiencia en el desarrollo y mantenimiento de estrategias de arquitectura empresarial alineadas con objetivos estratégicos a largo plazo.
· Sistemas empresariales como SAP ECC, S/4 HANA, SSFF, BPC, IPB, CRM, WMS, TMS, MES, BTP, etc.
· Tecnologías emergentes (Inteligencia Artificial Generativa (GenAI), Aprendizaje Automático (ML), Internet de las Cosas (IoT), Automatización de Procesos Robóticos (RPA), Realidad Aumentada (AR).
· Profundo entendimiento de los procesos empresariales en industrias como bienes de consumo empaquetados (es un plus).
