Key Responsibilities:

· Proven track record of hiring, leading, and coaching/developing direct reports.
· Experience in documenting, building, and updating processes and frameworks.
· General knowledge of IT areas/platforms. Have an idea of the most common ERPs, programming languages, cloud tools, etc.
· Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is essential.
· Proficiency in acquiring, tracking, and monitoring prospects using CRM , SEO, Emailing, Sourcing, and Social media software or similar tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoominfo, Apollo, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, SalesHandy, etc.). Knowledge of GEO is a huge plus.
