To qualify, the company must not be an existing Fast Dolphin client or currently in active negotiations with us. We will confirm within 24 hours if your referral is eligible.
- We Do the Work – Our team will connect with your referral, understand their staffing needs, and provide top IT talent.
- You Get Paid – When we successfully place a consultant with the referred company, you receive a $1,500 USD bonus for the first placement, and $500 for each additional placement. The bonus is paid after the consultant has been on the project for 1 month.
